Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in providing quality products and excellent service. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Photos/videos showing the issue must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item.
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. What Items Are Not Returnable
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products bought during clearance, flash sales, or with discount codes
- Fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry, or personal care items
- Intimate apparel, undergarments, or used accessories
- Any item showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
3. Refusal at Delivery & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order
- Refuse delivery to customers who have previously refused COD orders without valid reason
- Deny future service to customers involved in repeated or abusive return behavior
4. Return Process
If your item does not meet the eligibility criteria:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, photos/videos, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Upon approval, return the item via a tracked courier.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll proceed with an exchange or refund.
⛔ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
5. Refunds
After your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be issued in cases where the product is not returned in original condition
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank/Easypaisa account again
- Then contact your service provider
- Still no refund? Contact us directly at whatsapp number
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and a replacement is available. If not, a refund will be offered.

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase:
- You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
9. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping amount will be deducted.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
🚫 Misuse Warning
We actively monitor return and delivery abuse. Any customer found repeatedly:
- Refusing COD orders,
- Returning used/damaged items,
- Or claiming fake product issues,
…may be permanently banned from placing future orders.
